Antesco Holds Employee Delegate Conference and Regular Workplace Dialogue

On June 06, 2025, An Giang Fruit-Vegetables and Foodstuff Joint Stock Company (Antesco) successfully held its Employee Delegate Conference and Regular Workplace Dialogue. The event was attended by the company’s executive board, trade union representatives, and nearly 100 delegates representing employees from across the company.

During the conference, comprehensive and transparent reports were presented on the company’s business performance, the implementation of social welfare policies and initiatives to support the employee well-being over the past year. Employee representatives openly shared their feedback, concerns and aspiration with company leadership.

The leadership acknowledged and addressed each issue in detail, demonstrating a spirit of openness and its commitment to working alongside with employees to build a stable and thriving work environment.
