This initiative is part of Antesco’s long-term commitment to employee welfare and improving the quality of its workforce.

The house was awarded to family of Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, an employee at Binh Khanh Factory, located in Binh Khanh Ward, Long Xuyen City. This meaningful gift was given by An Giang Fruit-Vegetables and Foodstuff Joint Stock Company (Antesco) in support of Mr. Thanh’s difficult family circumstances. Funded by 50 million VND from the company’s Trade Union, the project serves as a source of encouragement, helping Mr. Thanh and his family secure stable housing and focus on their work with peace of mind, further strengthening their long-term commitment to the company.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Mai Thanh Phong, Director of Binh Khanh Factory, emphasized: “Employees are the most valuable asset of any enterprise. Taking care of our staff’s well-being is not only a responsibility but also a way to honor and acknowledge their quiet, persistent contributions to the growth of the Antesco.”
The “House of Compassion” donation initiative is part of a series of social welfare programs that Antesco has persistently carried out over the years, reflecting the company’s deep sense of compassion, care and commitment to share the hardship with employees both in their jobs and daily lives.
