The Director of An Giang Provincial Social Insurance Office Visits and Congratulates Enterprises on Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13)

On the morning of October 10, 2024, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13, 2004 – October 13, 2024), the Director of Provincial Social Insurance Office, Mr. Dang Hong Tuan, visited and extended congratulations to several enterprises operating within the province. Accompanying him were leaders from various departments of the provincial Social Insurance Office.

During the visit, the Director of the Provincial Social Insurance Office extended warm congratulations to the company’s management and employees on the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day. He commended and expressed sincere appreciation for the company’s active contributions to ensuring and enhancing social welfare for workers. The Director also expressed his appreciation to the leadership of An Giang Fruit-Vegetables and Foodstuff Joint Stock Company for their ongoing dedication to business growth. These efforts have not only provided stable employment and income for local workers, but have also significantly contributed to the province’s socio-economic development.

These two enterprises, operating in the food processing and garment manufacturing sectors, have encountered numerous challenges due to recent market fluctuations. Nevertheless, they have made consistent efforts to maintain employment and ensure stable incomes for over 9,000 workers in the province and nearby areas. Additionally, both companies have demonstrated long-term compliance with regulations and policies regarding social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. As a result, they and have been awarded Certificates of Merit by the General Director of the Vietnam Social Insurance Office.
Abiding by the core principle that “People and businesses are at the center of service”, Mr. Dang Hong Tuan, Director of An Giang Provincial Social Insurance Office, reaffirmed his commitment to supporting businesses throughout their development journey. He pledged to cooperate closely with the enterprises to safeguard the legitimate rights and benefits of participants and beneficiaries of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policy-thereby strengthening the trust of workers and businesses in Vietnam’s social insurance system under the leadership of the Party and the State.
