Accompanying the visit were leaders from the Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the People’s Committee of Long Xuyen City.
Reporting to the Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee and the accompanying delegation, business leaders expressed their delight at the province’s development and their excitement over a year of positive growth in production and business operations.
During the meeting, business leaders outlined their future development strategies and expressed their gratitude to the provincial leadership’s continued support and favorable conditions provided to enterprises. Several propasals aimed at enhancing operation efficiency in the coming period were also presented to the delegation.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Ngo Cong Thuc provided an overview of An Giang Province’s economic, cultural, social, and national defense-security achievements in 2024, noted many positive developments. He emphasized that these accomplishments were largely due to the vital contributions of local enterprises. He recognized and commended the enterprises for their successes in both production and business activities, as well as their contributions to the province across multiple sectors. The Vice Chairman further affirmed that the province’s ongoing commitment to identifying practical solutions to existing challenges, supporting businesses in overcoming obstacles, and fostering a path toward sustainable development.
He expressed hope that the business leaders and employees would continue to remain united, dynamic, and innovative in fulfilling their tasks and achieving even greater growth in 2025.
