-On the morning of April 19th, An Giang Fruit-Vegetables and Foodstuff Joint Stock C ompany (ANTESCO) proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary (April 30th 1975 – April 30th 2025) under the theme: “Sprouts of Aspiration – Rising with the Nation”.
Distinguished guests participated in the celebration and honored the remarkable achievements of the company’s 50-year journey.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antesco, delivered a speech at the ceremony and presented a token of appreciation to former An Giang Provincial Party Secretary, Mr. Nguyen Huu Khanh.
Mr. Pham Ngo Quoc Thang, Antesco investor, presented gifts of appreciation to the members of the company’s leadership from various periods.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh, General Director of Antesco, stated: “After 50 years of development, Antesco has solidified its leading position in Vietnam’s frozen agricultural product processing industry. The company currently operates 4 factories, 12 production lines, with an annual capacity of 75,000 tons, supported by international certified quality systems and equipped with the world’s most advanced technologies. Our export market spans over 40 countries, shipping more than 180 containers of products each month. We’re proud to be Vietnam’s number one exporter of baby corn, mangoes, dragon fruit and edamame.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao, Chairman of the Board of Directors emphasized that the company’s success is a result of institutional reforms, a favorable investment and business environment and the country’s open market policies. Thus, he expressed his appreciation and gratitude to central government agencies, the authorities of An Giang Province, local administrations, generations of company leaders, employees, shareholders, partners and both domestic and international customers for their continued support throughout the company’s journey. At the same time, the company reaffirmed its commitment to further expanding the reach and reputation of An Giang and Vietnam’s agricultural products on the global dining table, while ensuring that farmers can enjoy prosperity and peace of mind in their cultivation efforts.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Phuoc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People’s Committee, acknowledged and commended Antesco’s valuable contributions to the province’s socio-economic development over the past 50 years. He extended his congratulations on the company’s remarkable 50-year journey, highlighting its transformation into one of Vietnam’s leading exporters of fruits and vegetables, with a workforce exceeding 1,500 employees and export revenue increasing from USD 13.6 million in 2019 to USD 45.5 million in 2024.
Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee expressed his hope that the company will continue to expand its investment in production and processing, particularly in deep processing, accelerate the application of advanced technology, strengthen production linkages and distribution networks with farmers, and promote the development of organic and circular agricultural products. These efforts will contribute to the sustainable advancement of the province’s agriculture sector. He affirmed that the Provincial People’s Committee will continue to accompany, support, and create the most favorable conditions-within the framework of the law -to help the company grow even stronger in the future.
On this occasion, the People’s Committee presented Antesco with a Certificate of Commendation in recognition of its outstanding achievements in production and business development. In return, Antesco expressed its sincere gratitude by presenting tokens of appreciation to its partners, and honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to the company over the years.
